Rule 2
4 Decision on registration, renewal of registration and registration book
: (1) The name of the pharmacy practitioner whose name has been decided to be registered by the council according to section 15 of the Act shall be registered by the registrar in the registration book in the format as per schedule-4 and the name of such pharmacy practitioner will be registered in the format as per schedule-5. Will give certificate.
(2) Any non-Nepali pharmacy practitioner should get his name registered in the registration book in order to do pharmacy business in any institution within the dominion of Nepal.
(3) Non-Nepali pharmacy professionals will be allowed to do pharmacy business only to the extent specified by the Council during the period specified by the Council.
(4) According to sub-rule (2), when registering the name of a non-Nepali pharmacy practitioner, a decision must be made to register the name in the Council so that they are allowed to do pharmacy business in the Kingdom of Nepal for a maximum of two years.
(5) If a non-Nepali pharmacy practitioner who has registered his name for a specified period according to sub-rule (4) wants to renew his name registration, he must submit an application to the Council for renewal of registration at least thirty-five days before the end of his name registration period along with the fee as specified in Schedule-1 and such application After that, if the Council deems it necessary, it can decide to renew his name registration once not more than one year.
(6) If a registered non-Nepali pharmacy practitioner does not submit an application to the Council for registration renewal thirty-five days before the expiry of the registration period, or if the term of service in the organization where he/she is employed expires, or if he/she ceases to work in such an organization even though the term of registration or registration renewal has not expired. The registration of his name will be automatically cancelled.
(7) If the registration is canceled according to sub-rule (6), the paid name registration or registration renewal fee will not be refunded.
(8) Other arrangements related to registration and renewal of registration of non-Nepali pharmacy practitioners shall be as prescribed by the Council.
